I’m still in Chiang Mai and have spent the last couple of days enjoying the amazing Loi krathong festival.
The pictures are all on my camera, and I can’t get them on to the blog at the moment, but will do as soon as I get they chance.

That is a really spectacular sight. One that will be etched in your memory for the rest of your life. Look forward to seeing more photos and hearing about it.
I have tried a few chinese lanterns but the last one landed in a neighbour’s tree and set fire to it. Those look like the mothership in comparison.
